To far out to say, but odds are increasing on east coast land fall IF it doesn't recurve.  Right now the NHC is forecasting the ridge to not rebuild very strongly until the 2nd trof gets into the NE US.  The problem is if it turns more NW or NNW and if the ridge strengthens more than forecast  then that puts more of Florida into play.  There's still a lot of uncertainty past 72 hours.
