Yes it is but there looks to be about 36 to 48 hour window after 72 hours for the ridge in the Atlantic to build back west.  If the storm is on the SW periphery of that ridge and it builds west stronger it could "push" the storm back to the west.  With It's proximity to the coast it wont take much to nudge it west over land.  Also the models are not very consistent on the strength of that second trof yet.
 Your right it's going to be busy over the next week.  I wouldn't want to be an NHC forecaster if she rides up close to the coast.  A nightmare Floyd type scenario could be brewing
