Yes Shalista this is what I pointed out to you in the other thread. If you want the best picture you shuld look a deep layer steering analysis (say 300 - 850hpa) it's on that site where your getting these ones.

I personally don't think the forecasted trough is going to dig deep enough to keep Irene a fish. Somebody is gonna have drama from this as it goes now. If that ridge recedes a bit especially once she starts pulling north then maybe I can see it just missing the US but considering the NAO is forecasted to be in it's negative phase through the period I can't see the high eroding enough to allow this to happen.
