Yeah I was at work and had the bartender turn on CNN so I could see IR imagery and noted she lost alot of convection shortly but did notice the reappearnce of an eye.
I'm wondering if part dry air intrustion (evident on vis) in conjunction with her large size and strong waves and relatively slow movement churned up the ocean enough to limit her own potential?
What's with these huge sized hurricanes the past few years? They're a mess to forecast!
I'm still thinking that she will intensify more, however at this point let's hope she doesn't and she dwindles. I'd rather hear of millions of people talking s---- on Meteorologists then see hundreds of deaths on the news or see NYC flooded :( |
