they have a small baby, they need to go shopping & get water, basic supplies, battery powered light, etc... whatever the baby drinks/eats (unless it's breastfed) at the least. If they have containers, they can store tap water now, to use later - they may need to sterilize baby stuff? fill their tub with water for flushing a toilet, if power goes out, candles are not a safe alternative
their winds don't look horrible & it doesn't appear they are by water, so no surge worries, but rain may be a flood factor - maybe try to make sure their vehicle doesn't flood, if possible
