Looking at that area, there is no surge concerns anywhere nearby and it's far from the track, so the winds will not be bad. I suppose there are no trees around that high? But even so, the winds won't be real bad, around moderate tropical storm force I would think. Open water they would be around that, less over land, but they are a little elevated and might have a little less friction, so I would say moderate tropical storm force. The only thing I would suggest is stay away from any large windows, but the winds will not be any worse than a bad thunderstorm in my opinion, it's just that it will last longer, so even being away from the windows might not be that necessary. The only thing would be fresh water flooding inland, but they are up high so that would not be a direct issue.

Count on no power though for a bit, the winds will probably be enough to cause issues. Plan accordingly on that. But, being further from the storm that area might get power back faster, especially being around Washington, DC.

This is all my opinion though.
