Hampton Roads Condition Reports

Thought it might be good to categorize these reports by area...just an idea.

Anyway, here in Portsmouth,VA Wind is up, 25,000+ now out of power. Midtown Tunnel closing at 10am. Every once and a while we hear a really weird whistling sound....the wind - gust to only 47 so far, and we are only beginning the storm. Closing in on 5-6 in of rain so far. And, the tides are coming in higher than projected. Bad part of the storm is still 12-14 hours away yet.
