| Now the reporter in Hampton Roads is expressing his astonishment at all the cars driving by as he covers the storm. People are just driving around in a furious squall like they have errands to run. What errand could they possibly have to do when all business are closed? What sound reason could all these people possibly have to be driving around like they're off to church on Sunday morning? You can barely see the reporter on TV through the driving rain and wind. |
