Probably trying to get pics.  A Facebook friend just posted a status a little while ago that she and her friends were having a few beers then driving down to Ocean view to watch the waves and get pics - and she did post some.  I'm afraid there will be more headlines of stupidity before this is all over.

I snapped a pic of my downed tree in the front yard and caught the mail man driving down the street in the background, crazy that it's still running.   With things like that people probably do think it's just business as usual.  "The mail man is out so it must be safe."  Ha.
