I kinda like it - they have some training videos on it, here's one on tropical guidance  http://youtu.be/Wq6EhEqMEcc

I like the NWS' YouTube channel also  http://www.youtube.com/user/usweathergov#p/p  if you sort them by playlist, it's easier to navigate
