CaneTalk: Warning area?

Where do you put a warning area, when the models are so ridiculously divergent? You have two school of thought going on in the middle, and splitting the difference isn't an option when the two schools of thought are a difference of more than 1000 miles.

My guess is that they pull the trigger on a western movement, and warning area gets posted from Mouth of MS RIver westward to TX state line, but with weather on the east side of this storm, a tropical storm watch is posted from Mouth of River into Florida.

Covers both bases. Thoughts?
