I feel like a westward shift in the models over time will happen. Despite the strength of the convection over Isaac right now, the 500mb vorticity is displaced by at least 150km to the SW of the developing surface center. This was part of the reason for the structure of Isaac earlier, where it looked like he was two storms competing.

Until the vorticities align, he wont strengthen much and that should result in the models shifting a bit more west.
