They did just get a tiny wind shift at flight level, so it is still spinning up there too. But, the sonde, where they just did another vortex message, was again not quite the center. It's not stacked, I just don't know how vertically unstacked it is. The just in vortex was at 14.7N 64.1W.

We'll have to see what the NHC discussion is at 5AM. Should be rather interesting.
