| Good points. The Tampa Bay area is still extremely wet from Debby and a lot of storms that have come through this summer. For many, a lot of rain would be welcome. For the Bay area, a lot of rain would only add onto what has already been an unbelieveably wet summer. And the right quadrant is the wet quadrant typically. Missing Tampa Bay by 75 miles may be enough to fend off the hurricane force winds, but not the rain. |
