Doesn't appear to be any jog to the left to me. I think what we may be seeing are some lower-level clouds starting to fill in left of the center, which appears to me to be continuing its NW course. This would make sense since the center--hard as it may be to spot on the vis. loop right now--has pulled north of Hispaniola out over the warm open water of the Atlantic. So I would expect some increase in cloud coverage and convection, but when have we NOT been expecting that with this baffling mess of a storm?
