Yea, 21 mph just out-runs it's convection to where it be naked.... I believe it will slow down in the long run and unfortunately strengthen. West coast of Florid to Beaumont need to be aware...especially the west side(better yet the whole state being that the effects are far-reaching) of Florida and the Miss., Ala, and the panhandle. Funny hoe the GFS and ECMWF traded placed as far as moving left and to the right, respectively.
