Privet secter helping others.

A privet boaters (shrimper) is going through the area (believe lower LA) rescuing people (one family so far) a privet person has a truck that whisked the rescued people away.  As it was long, long ago people helping people not waiting for any government aid, no disrespect to the rescue etc people.
