FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL STORM ISAAC...LOCATED INLAND OVER SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA AND ON TROPICAL STORM KIRK...LOCATED ABOUT 1490 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES.
1. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATION WITH A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 925 MILES WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION.
