Could be Jack thank you for posting. I had not thought of doing that.

Last I heard (6am) Cell power was out or spotty. Friends son is some where in NY he had no power I am assuming his cell was still working. I
wish I had asked more questions. From the reports I have heard power will be slow coming back. I know Con Edison shut off electrical service to part of Lower Manhattan in order to protect equipment and to allow for quicker restoration after Sandy's departure. I believe they
prior to Sandy worked out a deal where another power co would help them come back up.
