You know Manuel is not expected to be a note worthy storm (hurricane) but look at the rain and size. Impressive. As Chris said "Land certainly doesn't seem to be a problem for him."

See the mess near Honduras etc... I could be wrong but I think it broke away from Hurricane Ingrid could that could be what they were talking about. I missed the WPC 7-day.
