| I was looking at the sheer factor and steering wind, I know that the coastlines between Florida and Southern NC need to keep a close eye on this system. In a three hr time frame the steering winds shifted, and right now Arthur is not moving and sitting there spinning, I'm guessing he's wondering which path to take out to sea or a coastline and which coastline...I just know that he will be a hurricane off the coast of SC by Thurs afternoon. Kinda wondering if he has his eyes set on the carolina's considering this whole mess started from my lovely state of SC as a subtropical system over SC. |
