HWRF: Arthur Close to NY in 54 Hours

| 54 hours is not much time warning if a hurricane Arthur shifts West into Long Island. I would error on the side of caution and celebrate the 4th of July outside of New York City this year. It's too hot this time of year to risk a week or so without air conditioning and water. IMHO....  |
