Pictured above is one of two NASA Global Hawk aircraft. The one pictured has had maintenance issues and remains in California and may either still be undergoing repair / troubleshooting or may be being prepared for transit to Virgina.
NASA's other Global Hawk aircraft, AV-6 (N872NA) in Virgina, is scheduled to investigate Invest 91L this week, weather permitting.
