It was great when it seemed as though is was not stacked. The LLC was doing its thing and the most intense convection was doing its thing. It's still a little bit of a fight I think, though I think the, I'm going to call it old, old LLC is losing the battle. (Still need some more recon to know for sure.) On IR it looks like it is getting healthier and assuming a new LLC takes over under the convection, this could have much more chance to strengthen, something it has been having a lot of trouble doing.
This could be a real problem for Hispaniola for flooding.
The 11am discussion is going to be an interesting one. And maybe some of the models will have a better handle on this later.
Important recon about to happen...
