They released the invest at 12:17pm EDT. I was not even bothering looking yet until I saw when the recon was posted that it was in the plan of the day.
You can see some short term movement possibly expected between scheduled aircraft fixes:
22.0N 96.5W
to
22.5N 97.0W
Probably very rough. We'll see the formation area here at 2pm:
