| Trakker, 92L is exactly where CMC had it this morning. Although, intensity is not a 999mb cyclone, the gulf coast should monitor. Pretty strong surface circulation is very apparent on visible with strong convection being sheared SE this morning through 500mb in the straits between Cuba and south florida. This could develop in the eastern gulf where shear is lower and an upper high sits across the southern gulf. Hermine had a similar look and formation percentage?? |
