wow, Otto looked better on radar after crossing 2/3 of Central Am...

I was up while they were "transitioning" from Atl to Pac, it was odd to see nhc.gov have it posted on the front page under both & it took them a while to realize DST was over...  Twiiter had Atl posting, even after it crossed.  Floaters & various sites/links from Otto's "storm page" all had duplicates and/or similar issues - not something that's dealt with every day

of course it's also not every year that Atl hurricane season is 11 months long and counting...
