The SFMR in the NE quadrant, which is a 10 second average surface wind estimate, was:
84 knots (96.7 mph) 83 knots (95.5 mph)
But on second look, that might have been incorrect due to being over land or very close to it.
HDOBs are every 30 seconds and they were next to each other. The SFMR was at 2:07am EDT. 30 second flight level winds were 97 knots (111.6 mph). 10 second flight level were 100 knots (115.1 mph) at 2:08am EDT.
It's uncertain whether they are accurate.
