More floater imagery

Floater imagery available on the "Northern Pacific Storms" tab here:
https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/floater_index.php

Direct link to floater:
https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/floater.php?sat=G16&stormid=EP242018

Currently also on a mesoscale floater:
https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/MESO.php?sat=G16&lat=19N&lon=107W
It may be re-positioned and then this direct link would stop updating. You can see if a storm is on mesoscale imagery by looking at the main floater page at the first link above. For Willa they currently have "Mesoscale loop 2" listed.
