Everything will depend on Hispanola. If it crosses over the heart of the mountains and weakens a lot, it will move more westerly. If it is able to skirt the islands and miss the mountains and stay strong, it will likely move a little further north. Does seem like the models are becoming more convergent in bringing this thing to Florida at least as a TS with some going hurricane.
The scenario that scares me for the people in Panama City Beach is this track which I think is very possible. This was the initial track for Katrina which ended up being moved more West, but I can see Dorian doing something very similar to this:
