I guess I should have mentioned again that is a high altitude mission from the NOAA G-IV jet. It had mechanical problems and this is its first time in the air since landing at 8pm EDT Thursday from a mission.

It will fly around the storm and ahead of it to help models, at least the GFS (not sure about what others it is added to), to get information such as how strong that high pressure is.
