Since they are not simply going by SFMR, maybe wait until flight level winds increase even further.

I'm not exactly sure what he was talking about blending in that Twitter thread. It mentioned flight level winds too at the start of the thread.

No more recon inside the storm until 7:30pm EDT. We won't have to wait so long for recon again for the life of the storm near the U.S. because they'll have center fixes every 3 hours rather than every 6 hours.
