There was a 153 knot (176.1 mph) SFMR too (10 second surface wind estimate that may or may not be accurate in a storm this powerful):

10 second flight level wind of 151 knots (174 mph) in that same 30 second period. The 30 second flight level wind in that same 30 second period was 139 knots (160 mph).

But if you were to look at those 10 second flight level winds, maybe that is enough to upgrade.
