Meanwhile, Euro is still not developing Elsa after 24 hours into the run. Unless Elsa were to start weakening, or recon finds it isn't as organized as it looks, I'm not putting much weight into what the Euro says right now. We'll have to see how the storm looks in the eastern Carib and what land impacts are likely along the path later on. In the meantime, heavy rain (with flash flooding and mudslides possible) and gusty winds are imminent in some of the Lesser Antilles. |
