I remember the flooding at the entrance from previous storms & y'all always have been good so far (since I've been on this board) just worried about what Jim said about the time it is currently forecast to affect Tampa & tides

will keep this site monitored https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/inundationdb/storm/Elsa.html

After our last home flooded twice (doesn't take much to be a nightmare) I always thought someone should market removable wall panels, in place of sheetrock. Sheetrock totally sucks, to install, to uninstall, to leave forever in a landfill when it's ruined - Something made of a material that, even if it got wet, could still be usable. & insert the insulation in sections, so it's easy to remove 2 or 4 ft up, instead of having to cut it. It was such a mess everywhere when there were piles of soaking wet sheetrock waiting to be picked up in storm trash & removing it was a bear...

but I digress... plz excuse my flooding ptsd & best wishes to you & yours & everyone in the affected areas
