We've been warm too, though not like you. But warm for here. Tampa set a new record for the month for warmest average temperature in recorded history.



Someone asked about development around the airport, where the sensor is, and the NWS said this:

I don't know about the development specifically at the airport, which was a large building they built nearby, but overall the more things you build, taking away trees and adding more concrete, it will make an area warmer. But that's not some kind of error, that's just another part of climate change.



O/T:

Embedding social media posts should now happen automatically. When a link is added into the message it should be converted when you preview your message, or post it, to automatically embed that content. If it doesn't work, you'll have to do it manually. If it gives an error, you have to unselect "Automatically display social media content from links". If you just want to post a link, and not embed it, you will have to also uncheck that option.
