I was going to post some quotes, but there's a lot of interesting facts about the season in it and it's worth reading. From parts of Grenada to North Carolina, a lot of devastation occurred this year in the Atlantic from storms.



To this year's season I say, good riddance. I hate the cold, with low 40s here tonight, but I'm glad to put this season behind us. I'll take the cold. Sadly it will be years before many people recover, but at least we should have a break until next year. (if anything did form, it would likely be rather weak this far north)

Water temperatures are in the 60s here in Tampa and the manatees are huddling in the waters next to the power plant like they like to do. (https://www.tampaelectric.com/manatee/) On the local news tonight they showed an aerial view and there looked to be a few hundred perhaps there in the canal next to the power plant. I couldn't find a recent picture.
