With the SOI rising like this and the placement away from Texas which I think has experience the direct consequences of El Cajon dam, I have a bad feeling about this. Kansas got it to, and entire town destroyed, recently, following the construction of El Cajon, so perhaps the completion stage will bring similar influences and the ground breaking and diversion influences that this dam has brought to the region.
