It could hit flood stage near Buffalo. Here in downtown Toronto... an inch of snow followed by 2 inches of rain in less then 12 hours. Rest of the city is looking at 4 to 6 inches of snow and .5 to 1 inch of rain. Some areas of the province are looking at over 12 inches of snow. |
