NHC posts 2nd Yellow Circle in Carribean (near Windward Islands)

This 2nd area of interest is reflected on the IR flash with heavy thunderstorms developing over the Lesser Antilles. Condtions are more favorable here than with the first area which is now nearing Haiti. This second area is under Upper Level High Pressure (conducive to development) which is centered somewhat east of the Lesser Antilles.
