The CMC puts a 962mb (what would most likely be a Cat 2/3) storm nearing landfall on June 30, very near the AL/MS border.

I know that is 9 days out, but now a few models have picked up on a developed and significant storm in the Gulf, making landfall from Texas to Florida.  The scary part, it doesn't matter where it would go, oil is going to get pushed somewhere.

Put it where the CMC puts it and at that strength, and we've got major problems.

The final thought on this, is that satellite loops this morning show a consolidating system from the leftovers of 92L, and energy from South America.

My guess, a named storm entering the Gulf of Mexico in roughly 3-4 days.
