It will depend on the trough that is suppose to come through late Thursday or early Friday to curve it out to sea. It may be just another close call. It has been 19 years since Bob hit here in Rhode Island on August 19th 1991. The pattern has to be just right up here to get a direct hit with high pressure just off the New England coast and low pressure located in the Ohio valley making a tunnel of air directly up this way for any storm to follow. Again we are about 6 days off and the models will keep changing. We should know better by around Wednesday.
