Oh Gianmarc, shame on you for mentioning Hugo.... cause that just makes my skin crawl.
I'm in Charleston, SC and have been sweating this system since it came off Africa. Don't see another Hugo but I see your reasoning.
I think the weakness to the west is the reasoning for a continued ambiguity in the past tracking guidance. I don't believe the NHC or the models have fulling initialized this so it remains a wild card for now.
Forgot to mention in my previous post that this weakness may also affect the eventual location of the COC after an eye wall replacement cycle. This could be very bad if the COC leaps to the west. |
