I might have some video later tonight. Eight years ago I went out in my backyard for an hour and took some pictures of lightning during a storm. I decided to try it again tonight this time with video. I didn't catch any lightning strikes I don't think so I might end up not posting anything.
Certainly not recommended to try that in a storm but I couldn't resist trying it with a high definition video camera. I was out there the whole time trying to get just one strike on camera. Managing an umbrella in the wind and pouring, sometimes sideways, rain while trying not to get the camera extremely wet is a difficult task. |
