You know, usually there is something behind these so called "conspiracy" lines.
I remember 'Area 51" was in fact a plant by Lockheed to divert attention away from their Skunk-Works Flight Tests in the desert.
There is a lot of compelling evidence that weather-modification and more is in fact going on.
I just recently saw the 2010 budget for one aspect of this. It was $122B.
You can always count on one thing and that there will be people who think they are doing the "right thing" when in fact they are creating a great deal of harm.
There is the old saying:
They know just enough to be dangerous.
