La Nina or El Nino.... which is it?

The bottom line on this post was La Nina or El Nino what is it. IMHO any organization that summarizes that a long term event like these are going to happen is just foolish. All there doing is pumping up the comodities and finacial insttutions long range profit margins. In other words there making money on a assumtion. We all know what happens when we assume?
