Was suprised they did not lower it for NY landfall,I believe 65mph is a bit to high for NY landfall.I don't remember any station reporting 65mph sustained winds,65mph were reached in gust, but not sustained. Here are the sustained winds. I would say she was a 50 p;ossible a 55mpg tropical storm at landfall here.
