did they increase intensity based on 1 ship's report ? http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/radial_search.php?storm=at1

ADT has intensity much lower, unless I'm reading it wrong? http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/radial_search.php?storm=at1

or did it rapidly tank ?

sorry, if anyone can explain, please do - 1st storm & I'm confused :(
