Well, it will make things more fun...that is for sure. You never know, Jim. Maybe there is a whole new avenue for HC. You know, like people who do landscaping in the summer become snow removers in the winter?

Year around jobs!

Actually, with similar weather info...lows, winds, tracks. low pressures, etc...there are a lot of similarities. Maybe HC needs to embrace the change...and even have similar type info on the front page.

Cams in blizzard conditions are always fun to see as are snow cams in the ski areas. One can embrace the wicked weather as well as the beauty of it. Cams in those areas having an ice storm can also be interesting.

Heaven knows, those nor'easters can become quite wicked...as can those storms coming into the West Coast and hitting the Rockies...

People could track them for days.

'Course, I am a bit prejudiced on tracking winter storms....raised in Minnesota and college in Bozeman, Montana.  I love winter.

IMO.
