I it is hard to see the person in the white baseball cap but I think he is one of two young men I saw on NBC being interviewed. In the interview the two young men were caught in the tornado. Why were they chasing? It turns out the are studying them in school (no mention if it is collage) they were taking the information back for further study. They like TWC were very, very Lucky. In fact one of them said "Someone was watching over us."
